I'm one of many transplanted Texans in the Ruidoso / Alto area, having grown up in Lubbock, Texas and graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with an MBA. Following college, I returned to Lubbock joining my father and grandfather in a cotton farming operation. Then, in 1990, my wife Kathy and I followed our dream and relocated in Ruidoso. We purchased and operated a property management company for twelve years and also owned an RV Park for three of those years. I became a partner in a downtown Ruidoso commercial / residential development project and then partnered in the development of Lincoln Hills, a residential/golf course community located just east of Alto Lakes Golf & Country Club. Over the last 20 years I have invested heavily of my time and money in our wonderful community.
